For this electronic book reader is a touch screen, made of a unique "electronic paper". The screen can display 16 gray gradations, so reading is easy and pleasant as reading a printed book typography.
"Electronic paper" is a real piece of paper, it neizstaro electromagnetic fields and image contrast is like a paper printed text. In contrast, reading a computer screen, eyes begin to get tired after just half an hour reading. Moreover, you choose the same font and size.

The device with a joystick or stailusu can Browse, search, insert bookmarks, note quotes, go to a certain page, or take other actions. Any function can call by pressing just one button and selecting from the list. Each operation has its own advice and warning system.
Pocketbook 301 can play audio books, built-in mini-games set (including chess) and the entire calendar year. It is also possible to insert bookmarks, books, view photographs and read RSS news tapes.
